• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

• The item must not be damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
